Livewire Opera Company is a friendly group of all ages dedicated to performing local shows and concerts. It was formed in February 2001 by a group of six friends, under the musical directorship of Susan Booth.
Livewire have always felt that there is a need locally for a group to take music and shows to the ‘people’ in a local venue rather than expecting them to travel some distance to see them.
The productions and concerts are as professional as it is possible for an amateur group to make them.
