There have been rumours going around the village (and even a comment posted on this blog) about an owl that has been seen around on Old Buckenham Green, over in the corner near the Grange.
So the blog editor armed himself with his trusty camera and went out on a search of the area to see what he could find.
Suddenly there it was and in the middle of the day as well. It didn't seem worried by the proximity of a human being with a camera either, there was not really any need to use the zoom lens to get a close up picture. So a few quick snaps were taken for the record and the bird left to sit there in peace.
