Put out for collection
Small electrical items and batteries
can't be placed in your normal recycle bin but Breckland Council can still recycle
them for you. Over the last year they have been collecting small electrical waste
items and batteries, including toasters, irons and laptops, as part of their kerbside collection service.
Simply place your
small electrical items inside a loosely-tied bag and leave it on top of
your normal bin on collection day. There is limited space on the collection
vehicles so they may not be able to collect all items the first time they are
