Allotment progress
It is understood that the Parish Council is nearing an agreement for an allotment site in the village and that a decision is likely at the Parish Council meeting on Thursday 2 September.
The newly-formed Old Buckenham Allotment Society (OBAS) will be having its next meeting on Tuesday 7 September at 7.30pm in the Church Rooms. OBAS currently has 17 members and is open to all who have an interest in allotments generally or who wish to secure an allotment plot. The fee to join OBAS is £5. (It is not necessary to be a member of OBAS to obtain an allotment from the Parish Council.)
